Partly furnished houses that are located in the Macarthur region.
Close to public transport, schools and shops.
Women with children will be housed.
The cost of rent will be based on your income and will be 25% of the base income and 5% of any family tax benefit.
Two weeks rent in advance.
Four weeks bond will be required when signing a Lease.
Contribution fee will also be included for lawn maintenance.
Women will be responsible for provision of their own food and paying for their utilities e.g. electricity, gas and phone bills.
